Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is open daily during the season from 07:00 to 23:00.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are observed in the hotel from 23:00 to 07:00. During this time, please avoid disturbing other guests (including noise, lights, mechanical and electronic devices, etc.).
  • In the event of a violation of quiet hours, a contractual penalty of €50 will apply for each call-out.
  • Visitors are permitted between 08:00 and 23:00. Any guests remaining in the accommodation after 23:00 must be pre-registered as hotel guests and pay according to the current price list.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served on the ground floor from 08:00 to 10:00.

Check-out

  • Please check out by 12:00 at the latest.
  • Late check-out is available by prior agreement until 14:00.
  • After 12:00, an additional fee of €10 per hour will apply.

Air Conditioning

  • To turn the air conditioning on or off, press the ON/OFF button.
  • To increase or decrease the temperature by 1°C, use the + or − buttons.
  • The recommended and effective temperature range is 19–25°C. To ensure the proper functioning of the device, please do not set the temperature below 19°C.

Sauna

  • We have a private sauna available for €35/hour.
  • The price applies for up to 5 people; for larger groups, the price is by agreement.

Door Key Fob

There is a door key fob on the table in every room along with an information sheet. Please return it to reception upon check-out. In case of a lost key fob, a contractual penalty of €30 will apply.

Smoking

  • Smoking is permitted only in the courtyard in the designated area marked with a sign. There are tables with ashtrays to the right of the main entrance.
  • Moving ashtrays to other parts of the hotel premises (e.g., the terrace) is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking in hotel rooms and indoor areas is strictly forbidden.
  • In case of violation of these rules, a contractual penalty of €100 will apply.

OÜ Meritel participated in the 2024 support round for “Diversification of Economic Activities” organized by PRIA. Our goal with this project was to implement the following activities aimed at improving our economic situation: establishing a breakfast buffet area with appropriate furnishings.

Additionally, we created a staff changing room, a room for storing clean laundry, installed new windows to improve the building’s energy efficiency, and laid non-slip flooring.

We also installed a new smart keyless locking system for the accommodation doors and developed a new website.

All the aforementioned activities were successfully completed on May 14, 2025. We received funding in the amount of €24,745.50 for these activities.

In 2025, OÜ Meritel participated in the call for proposals under the measure “Community-Led Local Development Support for the Period 2021–2027” of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund 2021–2027 implementation plan, receiving support for the purchase of a small tractor. The project was completed on 21 June 2025.

OÜ Meritel was awarded a grant in the amount of €7,506.
